One of the things that marks the start of Christmas for me is my regular trip to help out with the Hitchin Christian Centre’s Nativity celebration. This year the theme of the services is “The Big Celebration”, and as in previous years I was asked to run a fun photo shoot for the congregation to remember the day.
It’s always good to get a repeat job, and to be asked back to cover another Hitchin Symphony Orchestra concert gives the added bonus of the chance to listen to some fantastic classical music. Continue reading
This was a fun shoot to get a portrait of 3 siblings as a birthday present for Mum, and was probably the fastest portrait shoot I’ve ever done!
Michael and Rachel’s wedding is a story of 2 young people, who met in the local church’s Youth Group, dated for 10 years and then got married in the same church where they met.
As with most of my work leads come from personal recommendations and I was pleased to be approached by The Community Action Team who were looking for a series of images to promote their building training business.
Following on from a Birthday party photo shoot in December 2013 I was asked to produce a series of portrait shots for the Harrington family. The Harrington’s were able to come to my studio one Sunday morning and we quickly produced a range of shots (including a business portrait for Dad), ready to use as family gifts. In addition to the more usual portrait shots I also took some fun shots using inflatable instruments to turn the Harrington’s into a Rock Band!
